Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, adhering to safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. - Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. - Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. - Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in maintenance practices. - Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance tasks.
