Maintenance System Administrator
Summary
Administer and maintain a CMMS for maintenance activities—planning work orders, managing asset/equipment records, and producing reports/dashboards/KPIs using advanced Microsoft Excel.
* Administer and maintain the CMMS for maintenance activities.
* Plan, schedule, track, and close maintenance work orders.
* Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
* Prepare maintenance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
* Analyze maintenance data using advanced Microsoft Excel.
* Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance system administration or planning.
* Strong hands-on experience with CMMS systems.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
* Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
* Strong English communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
