Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily checklist for trend analysis
• Perform scheduled maintenance to keep equipment functional
• Proactively engage with management and production teams to monitor and maintain all production equipment & facilities
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify solutions to electrical, mechanical, air and hydraulic systems
• Answer emergency calls to return equipment to operational status
• Inform management of parts used to maintain inventory
• Fabricate, design, implement any upgrades for equipment to ease operator use
• Maintain safety of equipment by keeping guards, safeguards, and procedures in place
• Maintain facility housekeeping
