Maintenance Tech

Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community. This role ensures apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering excellent resident service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make‑ready work, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings and common areas
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies as scheduled
• Follow AAM safety standards, policies, and Fair Housing requirements
• Communicate effectively with residents and the on‑site team

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
