What you’ll do
- Perform repairs and maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and heating and cooling
- Respond to work requests from students, faculty, and staff, and get issues resolved quickly
- Maintain campus grounds and athletic facilities
- Manage waste removal and recycling
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies around campus
- Respond to alarms and help keep campus secure
- Support students, faculty, and staff with timely, friendly service
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle the physical demands of an active job and work indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to work some weekends, holidays, and off-hour shifts when campus needs require it
- Construction or custodial experience is a plus, but not required
