What You’ll Do
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and avoid downtime
- Respond to work orders promptly and ensure tasks are completed with quality and care
- Support campus operations by maintaining lighting, equipment, and general facility upkeep
- Partner with fellow technicians and departments to complete projects and keep everything running smoothly
- Interact with residents and team members in a friendly, respectful, and helpful way
