Performs routine maintenance on buildings' interior and exterior; including, but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. Assists in the repair and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices. |
