Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of the warehouse building, facilities, and equipment in compliance with WSH regulations and internal policies.
- The Process Owner for compliance with the SPS 6D Total Preventive Maintenance Card.
- Monitor, review, and manage maintenance and enhancement expenditures within budget.
- Lead and supervise staff in cleaning, security, and facility operations.
- Liaise with managers, contractors, and suppliers on repairs, maintenance, and operational matters.
- Supervise the progress and completion of facility-related projects.
- Drive improvements through preventive maintenance and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management.
- Diploma in Facility Maintenance or Management or a related discipline (preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings/CAD.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills in English.
