MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across multiple company locations. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple locations including:
- Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic mechanical repairs
- Minor HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting (as applicable)
- Painting, patching, flooring, and general building upkeep
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and safety risks
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
- Coordinate with managers and vendors when specialized repairs are required
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Travel between locations as scheduled or needed
- As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between multiple locations regularly
- Comfortable working in varying environments: (stores, warehouses, coolers, outdoor areas)
- Flexibility with schedule, including occasional weekends or after-hours work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
