Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery according to established schedules.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures promptly and efficiently.
• Heavy equipment operation

Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
• Handle emergency maintenance requests to ensure a safe and operational environment.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors when necessary for specialized repairs or projects.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in maintenance logs and reports.
• This position may require being on-call for after-hours or weekend emergencies.
• Must be able to obtain Class D license & DOT Physical

Lawn and grounds care, including mowing, trimming, watering, and weeding.
