We are looking for a Multipurpose Maintenance Technician who combines general maintenance tasks with administrative support functions for the department.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the facilities, as well as managing and controlling various administrative processes associated with the maintenance area.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the facilities.
• Management and monitoring of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) program.
• Control and supervision of inventories for spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Management and monitoring of material and service orders.
• Requesting and comparing quotes, applying cost optimization and profitability criteria.
• Coordination with suppliers and external maintenance companies.
• Administrative support in the preparation of reports, records, and department documentation.
• Collaboration in different operational tasks according to the needs of the center.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in facility maintenance and/or similar functions.
• Knowledge of IT tools and maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Organizational capacity and document control.
• A decisive, proactive profile with the ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Technical training in maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or related fields is valued.
