Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Basic tools and reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents
- Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
