What You’ll Do:
- Complete service requests & prep apartments for move-in
- Perform general repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance)
- Ensure upkeep of buildings, grounds & amenities
- Handle after-hours calls as needed
- Maintain inventory, tools & safety standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing compliance)
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience and EPA certification strongly preferred
- General knowledge of building systems
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
