We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our one, two, and three-bedroom homes and amenities in top condition.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
- Complete resident service requests and handle after-hours emergencies.
- Maintain community amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and common areas.
- Ensure grounds and buildings are well-kept, safe, and compliant with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
- Manage tools, equipment, and inventory effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- HVAC Certification required
- Prior apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
- Ability to handle on-call rotations
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.
