Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY

Maintains and repairs equipment, facility, and premises by performing the duties listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Diagnose and perform basic repairs on production equipment.
• General knowledge of mechanical equipment and functions. Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic actuator experience a plus.
• Ability to learn and/or read and understand electrical prints and wiring diagrams.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment along with filling out proper documentation.
• Able to make in-process adjustments to equipment used in production.
• Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety objectives and work to uphold Cadillac Coffee’s food safety and quality systems.
