Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a condominium community. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance and repair experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests while helping keep the property safe, clean, and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep throughout the condominium property.
  

• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
  

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.
  

• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, common areas, and community facilities.
  

• Assist with maintaining hallways, lobbies, stairwells, recreational areas, and other common areas.
  

• Replace light bulbs, repair doors and locks, patch walls, and address minor building issues.
  

• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance concerns and potential safety hazards.
  

• Assist with larger maintenance projects and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
  

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
  

• Follow established safety procedures and report major repairs or concerns to management.
  

• Provide professional and courteous service to residents, staff, and vendors.
