We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Mathiston, MS location to support the Sly division. This onsite position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment at the facility along with building repairs as necessary. The role also includes executing preventative maintenance programs and installing new equipment, and is responsible for regular safety checks of cranes, forklifts, and other equipment as required. Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all business in accordance with all company policies and safety practices.
- Repair and maintain all equipment in the Mississippi facility (presses, shears, welding equipment, torch, etc.).
- Maintains all of the Mississippi plant facility.
- Complete the documentation required by the maintenance procedures.
Peripheral Responsibilities
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance programs and record results of program.
- Document Lockout / Tag out procedures for all electrical equipment when maintaining equipment.
