Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment through effective maintenance and troubleshooting practices. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and modifications to existing systems. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. - Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of maintenance practices and procedures. - Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems, particularly Siemens products. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
