What you'll do
Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance work orders assigned by the Area Manager, to ensure the correct functioning of the machinery in the facility. Ensure the correct functioning of automatic systems during production hours and resolve any possible anomalies that occur, to avoid an impact on customer service. Document all maintenance work performed in the facility through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) so that the Area Management can measure and analyze the facility's KPIs. Propose improvements to the maintenance plan to optimize its execution, as well as detect risks in the reliability of the facility, promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility. Communicate to their hierarchical manager any contingency from the maintenance area that could affect service to pharmacies. Control the work of external contractors in the facility, ensuring that they comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, with the aim of avoiding accidents. Collaborate in the training of new maintenance hires in those centers where there is no Maintenance Foreman or Manager, to achieve optimal adaptation to the job. Collaborate in order picking during production periods when there is no maintenance to attend to, with the aim of completing order picking on time.
