Maintenance Technician Job Summary: Cypressbrook Multifamily Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week; including on-call weekends and evenings during a rotating schedule
- HVAC Certified
- 1-3 years' experience in facility maintenance, and mechanical repair required. Apartments preferred
- Able to operate his/or her own vehicle for community needs, must have unexpired driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Successfully pass a drug and criminal background test
