Maintenance Technician- Day and Night Shift available

Role Description and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting and repair production equipment in a timely manner.

· Reducing down time and usability improvement

· Manage data back-up cyclically and monitor regarding each individual process.

· Analyzing repetitive trouble to recurrence prevention.

· Oversees construction work in the plant.

· Load factor and insulated testing regarding individual electrical motor equipment.

· Inspect electrical equipment’s(electrical panel and generator)

· Calibrate instruments, report, prevent maintenance work.

· Inspects and checks equipment for proper operating condition, makes necessary adjustments, logs test readings, and maintains, repairs, or replaces all essential equipment parts.

· Comply with company guidelines in the areas of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, waste water, air emissions and etc…

· Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as required.
