Maintenance Technician

Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and responding promptly to guest requests related to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the hotel's premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and appliances.
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
- Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Adheres to safety requirements and attends safety training complying with all OSHA, state and federal guidelines
