We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment. Candidates with experience in blow molding, injection molding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems are encouraged to apply.

Shift Availability:
2nd: Monday through Friday (most Saturday's), 3:00pm-11:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilities
• Diagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiring
• Perform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical or electrical failures before they impact production
• Support machine installations, equipment changeovers, and production line startups as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and production equipment

Preferred Experience (not required):

• Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or similar manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems
