Maintenance Technician- Fifty Seven 95 Flamingo

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will help ensure that equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in solving problems, working with a sense of urgency, and maintaining a clean, organized, and productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment, systems, and facility components
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building issues as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on safety and operational needs
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used, and equipment conditions
• Assist with installation, setup, and testing of equipment and systems
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or other team members when specialized support is required
• Keep work areas, tools, and maintenance storage spaces clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, equipment repair, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs in a timely and effective manner
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and work order systems are a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with reading manuals, schematics, or technical instructions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
