Job Summary
You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on schedule, provide 24/7 maintenance support, and perform additional maintenance duties as assigned by clients and the company.
Responsibilities
- First Response & Monitoring such as systems monitoring, ticket triage and initial diagnosis
- Routine & Preventive Maintenance (PM) such as Scheduled Inspections, Servicing Equipment and Calibration Checks
- Corrective Maintenance such as following SOP, components replacements and system resets
- Escalation management and data gathering
- Documentation & Administration such as work orders checklist and inventory updates
- Healthy, Safety and Environment Compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to document and report maintenance activities
- Knowledge of camera maintenance to support specialized equipment upkeep
- Minimum ITE graduate in Engineering, Electrical and Power Engineering preferred
