Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly Wages)

Job Summary: Under general supervision, requires a valid West Virginia driver’s license, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance, repair of buildings, facilities, equipment and vehicles. Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred, but not required

Licensure/Certification: None required

Experience: Six months of experience in general maintenance preferred.

Zero Tolerance: Must successfully pass background and drug test.

Schedule: Be available to work weekends and holidays
