In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to foster a positive and collaborative environment while delivering outstanding service to our residents. Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in preserving the quality, appearance, and functionality of the community, directly contributing to resident satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community for all residents and guests.
• Respond to residential service requests promptly and professionally using strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, pools, and building exteriors.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community remains a place residents are proud to call home.
