What You’ll Do

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for providing high-quality service to residents while maintaining the condition and functionality of our apartment communities.

• Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues

• Communicate clearly with residents regarding repairs and next steps

• Document completed work accurately within Appfolio

• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance (one week per month)

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and property team

• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle responsibly

• Follow company safety standards, policies, and procedures

• Help maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning apartment communities

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Experienced in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance

  • Must be multi-trade confident

• Comfortable troubleshooting problems and finding practical solutions

• Reliable and able to manage your workload independently

• Professional and respectful when working inside residents’ homes

• Driven to complete quality work efficiently and correctly

• Open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement

Multifamily maintenance experience is preferred, but candidates with strong residential, commercial, facilities, HVAC, or skilled-trades experience may also translate well to this role.
