At HM Hotels, a Mallorcan hotel chain with 23 establishments in Mallorca, Tenerife, Dominican Republic, and Mexico, we are looking for a technical service tradesperson for our hotel HM Palma Blanc

What you'll do

- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the hotel facilities.

- Diagnosis and resolution of faults in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and other installations.

- Inspection and control of equipment.

- Attention and follow-up of incidents.

- Coordination with external companies and specialized technicians.

- Recording of work and maintenance of the order of tools and work areas.

- Other tasks inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels, buildings, or similar facilities.

- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve faults autonomously.

- Responsibility, problem-solving ability, teamwork skills.

Nice to have

- We will highly value experience in swimming pool maintenance, knowledge or experience in Legionella prevention and control, experience in DHW installations, air conditioning and thermal production, knowledge of CMMS, and training related to facility maintenance.
