MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment offering spa, dining, entertainment and relaxation services. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the daily maintenance and repair of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform and carry out daily inspection, maintenance, including plumping repairs, leaking pipes, leaking taps, toilet and drainage issue.

- Perform minor electrical maintenance and troubleshooting within the scope of applicable safety regulations, including painting, drilling, furnitur installation and door repair.

- Maintaining spa facilities, water pumps, hot water systems and related equipment.

- Identify maintenance issues and carry out timely repairs to minimise operational disruptions.

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised maintenance and major repair works.

- Perform other maintenance duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical maintenance or renovation is preferred.

- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge with good hands-on repair skills, including general maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Familiar with common maintenance tools and equipment.

- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in hotels, SPA, hospitality or similar industries is an advantage.

- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

- Working location: Jurong East, Singapore.
