Maintenance Technician

Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery and maintaining a well-functioning working environment.

5. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
6. Parts and Supplies Management:
   • Identify and requisition necessary parts, materials, and supplies for maintenance tasks. Manage inventory levels efficiently.
7. Collaboration:
   • Coordinate with other departments, including production, to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
8. Safety Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Implement safety measures during maintenance activities.
9. Equipment Calibration:
   • Calibrate and adjust equipment to meet specifications, ensuring precision and reliability in operations.
10. New Equipment Installation:
    • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, collaborating with other teams as needed.
11. HVAC Maintenance:
    • Perform maintenance tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure a comfortable and safe indoor environment.
12. Electrical Repairs:
    • Address electrical issues, replace faulty components, and ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.
