SUMMARY
CNC machine maintenance for vertical, horizontal, lathe and other complex equipment. Technician works at a high expected level of performance and readiness for production equipment, balancing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and the installation of new equipment. This position includes facility support for equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs preventative and predictive maintenance
- Calibrates and adjusts pallet changers, linear and rotary axes
- Checks for flatness, alignment, and offset of table, machine, and tooling
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems down to component level
- Balance and prioritize workload while staging necessary tools and equipment
- Research parts down to appropriate vendor
- Maintain accurate on time records for CMMS
- Follow company safety standards
- Work in team focused environment assisting others in completion of tasks
- Safety and OSHA compliance
- Must be a team player as measured by his/her peers
- Performs other related duties assigned
