Description
- Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment as assigned
- Check maintenance logs daily and perform repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all lights and fixtures are working and have appropriate coverings, including exit signage
- Ensure the physical plant, in general, meets or exceeds safety codes
- Ensure the grounds and building are maintained, clean, neat, and free of physical hazards.
- Check the client’s furniture weekly and repair any defects or damage
- Check and repair handrails daily
- Ensure building paint is in good repair
- Ensure tools and supplies are stored properly each day
- Ensure smooth operation of Maintenance Department
- Ensure any/all repairs are reported to the supervisor
- Any other task assigned by supervisor/Director of Operations
