Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial and multifamily residential properties. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple property types, supporting the operations of an active manufacturing facility while also assisting with apartment community maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a safety-focused, hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working in dynamic environments. Industrial maintenance experience is highly preferred.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and property infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance issues.
- Support the maintenance and operation of an active industrial/manufacturing facility.
- Complete apartment maintenance work orders, unit turns, and common area repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance concerns and ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Assist with special projects and capital improvement initiatives.
