Summary: The
Maintenance Technician will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical,
plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and
other building systems.

· Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
· Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.

· Ensures
maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
· Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
· Maintain the grounds of the property.
· Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises, including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, storage rooms, and outdoor spaces.
· Identify maintenance needs and prioritize repair tasks to ensure minimal disruption to restaurant operations
· Air conditioner Repair
· Read Gas gauge and inform manager of the percentage.
· Ensure that beach equipment (e.g., umbrellas, chairs) is in good condition and properly stored when not in use
· Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate outdoor events or seasonal decorations.
· Collaborate with management on special projects related to outdoor space enhancements.
