We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our multiple locations (7–8 sites). This role is essential to keeping our restaurants operating efficiently by maintaining kitchen equipment, building systems, and ensuring a safe environment for our team and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building repairs including painting, lighting, and basic plumbing
- Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units and kitchen equipment
- Maintain and repair cooking appliances and other facility equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration and kitchen equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs
- Ensure all facilities meet safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate and complete maintenance work during non-operating hours when necessary
- Travel between multiple locations as needed
