Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring a reliable and customer-focused full-time Maintenance Technician with their HVAC certification to join our team! This role supports daily maintenance at one of our multi-family housing properties. Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm
- On-call and overtime required (including snow emergencies)
- HVAC certification required
Key Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly and professionally
- Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning
- Assist with apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Work closely with the on-site manager and maintenance team
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing laws
