Maintenance Technician (Mechanic)

About the role

From our Fuenlabrada office, we are selecting for an important company in the plastics sector located in Fuenlabrada, a Maintenance Technician (Mechanic).

What you'll do

- Maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment (assembly and disassembly of bearings, motors, rollers, etc.).

- Carrying out welding work (if this knowledge is available).

- Collaboration in additional general maintenance tasks, such as the installation of false ceiling tiles or other miscellaneous work.

- Support for colleagues from different departments according to the needs of the moment.

What we're looking for

- Basic knowledge in mechanics, assembly, and maintenance of industrial equipment.

- Welding knowledge is highly valued

- Availability to perform on-call shifts and work on weekends (every three weeks).

- Forklift license and working at heights is valued

- Own vehicle to commute to the workplace

What you'll get

- 3-month temporary agency contract + permanent contract with the client company

- Schedule from 7:00 to 15:00 with the possibility of changing upon joining the permanent staff

- Salary 14.01€ gross/hour
