Maintenance Technician - Momentum Enterprises, Framingham MA

Fix it, build it, keep it running! Momentum Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician to travel between our family entertainment and fitness locations and keep every site safe, clean, and ready for guests and members.

Pay: $ 25-27 per hr, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, mostly weekday daytime, with flexibility for urgent repairs. Travel between locations required.

What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot bowling lane errors, and clean and lubricate lane machines
• Inspect and repair trampolines, nets, airbags, pads, and attraction equipment
• Maintain and adjust fitness equipment, lockers, and locker room fixtures
• Repair doors, cabinets, hardware, floor tiles, carpet, sinks, and urinals
• Handle light electrical work, HVAC filter changes, and basic troubleshooting
• Complete minor construction, wall repairs, painting, and equipment assembly
• Perform custodial duties, including deep cleaning, restrooms and locker rooms, trash removal, and floor care
• Follow a preventive maintenance schedule and report safety hazards right away
• Keep General Managers updated on repair status, parts needs, and completed work

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience
• Skilled in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and light electrical
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own basic hand tools
• Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize across multiple sites
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Experience with bowling, attraction, fitness, or HVAC equipment is a plus
