We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume bakery operation. This role is critical to keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors, slicers, and packaging systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Inspect equipment and address issues before they impact production
- Replace parts and complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs
- Support production during startups, changeovers, and breakdowns
- Use MaintainX to manage and complete work orders
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures
- Work with the production team to keep operations running
