SUMMARY

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Club’s facilities and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and basic repairs.

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.

• Must be able to perform basic maintenance duties.

• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician: replace light bulbs, etc.

• Assists with de-winterizing and winterizing the Clubhouse, Cabana, tennis courts, and other club facilities.

• Hands-on capabilities for repairs.

• Comfortable using hand tools.

• Possess a can-do attitude and tackles everything with a smile.

• Efficiently completes assigned duties.
