Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, and taking ownership of keeping equipment running at peak performance.

Maintenance Technician Requirements

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, woodworking, pallet, or dimensional lumber environment preferred.
• Ability to read and accurately use tape measures, blueprints, schematics, and other measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work overtime as needed (typically 45–55 hours per week).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Leadership potential with the ability to take ownership of projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Desire to grow into a Lead Maintenance Technician role and help guide future maintenance team members.
