Job Description: Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
Performs preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment, utilities, facility systems, and support infrastructure. Supports the site's Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategy through safe work practices, equipment reliability, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
Complete SAP PM work orders accurately.
Support OJT, cross-training, and continuous improvement.
Participate in RCA, FMEA, and PM optimization.
Support production, facilities, shipping, warehouse, and projects as needed.
