Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.

  • The Maintenance Technician performs all tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, preventive maintenance, HVAC and tests and inspections of the physical plant.
  • Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA regulations, and Safety/Risk Management Plans, policies and procedures.
  • The Maintenance Technician assists in assuring a safe and risk preventive environment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance electrical test as well as the removal, installation and repair of all mechanical/electrical equipment with direct supervision of a supervisor.
  • Maintain facility grounds in a neat and attractive appearance.
  • Support facility-wide quality/performance improvement goals and objectives.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

  • Education & Licensure (if applicable): High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience: Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions. Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering.
  • Additional Skill Requirements: Must have complete knowledge of physical plant within two weeks of hire.

Compensation:

This is a per diem role and the expected compensation for this role is $22.00. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Maintenance Technician!
