Job Scope
Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production equipment, supporting the stable operation of automation equipment, and assisting in equipment optimization and automation upgrade projects. Through equipment maintenance, problem analysis, and improvement activities, continuously enhance equipment reliability, production efficiency, and manufacturing stability.
Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Failure Analysis
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair work on production equipment and related systems to ensure stable equipment operation;
• Analyze and troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and drive implementation of corrective actions;
• Participate in equipment inspection, maintenance, and abnormal issue handling activities;
• Establish and maintain equipment maintenance records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Equipment Improvement & Automation Support
• Evaluate equipment operating conditions and provide improvement recommendations to enhance equipment availability, stability, and production efficiency;
• Assist Maintenance Engineers in key equipment improvement and automation upgrade projects;
• Participate in equipment modification, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up support activities;
• Support the implementation of factory automation, smart manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Daily Operations Support
• Summarize and track issues identified during daily equipment inspections, driving issue closure and implementation of preventive actions;
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues;
• Ensure equipment operation complies with safety, quality, and production requirements.
Requirements
• Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance (PM) within a manufacturing environment;
• Familiar with production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair processes;
• Strong equipment failure analysis and problem-solving skills;
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems;
• Strong hands-on capability and on-site problem-solving skills;
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability;
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
