Maintenance Technician

About the role

At Randstad, we are selecting an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for a prominent company in the industrial sector located in Masquefa.

What you'll do

• Assume the management and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery as the person responsible for the service.
• Diagnosis, localization, and resolution of electromecancial incidents in the facilities and production lines.
• Maintenance of motors, electrical panels, automation, and mechanical components.
• Recording of interventions and proposal of operational improvements in the facilities.

What we're looking for

• Training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electricity, or similar.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in electromecancial maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Autonomy: Ability to autonomously assume the plant's maintenance service (individual position, not integrated into a shift team/group).
• Technical knowledge: Diagnosis and repair of electrical systems, motors, automation, and production mechanisms.
• Requirement: Driver's license and own vehicle to access the workplace.

What you'll get

• Salary: From 30,000 to 35,000 gross per year (depending on experience and value added).
