From troubleshooting a guest room repair to keeping shared spaces in great shape, your work helps create comfortable stays and keeps our hotel ready to welcome guests. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond to maintenance requests with friendly, efficient service
• Troubleshoot and complete routine plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs within your training and qualifications
• Handle painting, patching, furniture repairs, and other upkeep throughout the hotel
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure guest rooms are functional, equipment last longer, and unexpected breakdowns are avoided.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment for maintenance and safety needs
• Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized
• Communicate repair updates and report issues that need additional support
• Work with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to get rooms guest-ready
