Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1099 Contract Employee to assist with general lawn care and in-home maintenance for our West Virginia locations. This role involves working approximately 10-15 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage time effectively and deliver quality results consistently.

Responsibilities:

• General Lawn Care: Maintain approximately 16 acres of land, including mowing, weed eating, and landscaping.
• In-Home Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks within the home as needed.
• Schedule Management: Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate effectively with the property owner.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.
