Job description
This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment, the implementation of PM plans, and ensuring continuous improvement in equipment availability while minimizing downtime
1. Strictly implement safety prevention procedures during equipment maintenance (e.g., LOTO). Possess a strong risk prevention and safety awareness, and rigorously comply with relevant safety regulations
2. Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor, ensure all equipment within the responsible area is in good working condition, and meet the production line's operational requirements
3. Conduct regular maintenance on equipment according to the established PM plan and content, report any equipment issues identified during the maintenance process, and ensure the equipment remains in good operating condition
4. Responsible for repairing equipment reported for maintenance on the production line and promptly updating the supervisor on the progress status.
5. The auxiliary equipment engineer analyzes the issues and proposes preventive measures
6. Complete the data entry in the equipment maintenance reporting system promptly and accurately
7. Assist supervisors and department managers in evaluating and formulating relevant competency training plans to continuously improve the team's maintenance technical skills, achieving specialization and professionalism
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior supervisor
本职位主要负责生产设备的维修/维护,PM计划的实施,确保不断提高设备可利用率及减少设备停机时间.
1. 严格执行设备维修过程中的安全预防程序(LOTO等). 具有强烈风险预防和安全意识,严格遵守相关安全制度.
2. 执行主管分配的工作任务,保障责任区域类所有设备处于良好工作状态,满足产线的生产需求.
3. 根据制定的设备PM计划和内容对设备进行定期的保养维护,反馈保养过程中发现的设备问题,确保设备处于良好的运行状态.
4. 负责对产线报修的设备进行维修并及时汇报进展状态给主管。
5. 辅助设备工程师对问题进行分析,提出预防方案.
6. 及时准确的完成设备报修系统的数据填写.
7. 协助主管和部门经理评估制定相关能力培训计划,持续提高团队维修技术水平,达到专业化和职业化.
8. 完成上级主管安排的其它任务.
Candidate skills & requirements
• Education:
Diploma or higher education level
Mechatronics/Mechatanical Engineering, or English Major
• Technical skills:
Preferable with PLC programming or maintenance experience
Experience with CNC machine tools or robot applications and maintenance is preferred
MS Office Application Skills
Low Voltage Electrician Certificate
• Other skills:
Strong teamwork spirit, quality awareness, and cost consciousness
Good obedience and execution capabilities
Excellent adaptability and stress tolerance.
Proactive and effective communication skills and comprehension abilities
Proactive self-learning and comprehensive skill enhancement
• Experience:
Over 1 year of equipment maintenance or application experience
Preferable to have experience in the aviation industry
• Education:
o 专科及以上学历水平
o 机电一体化/机电工程，或英语专业
• Technical skills:
o 有PLC编程或维修经验优先
o 有CNC机床, Robot的应用或维修经验优先
o MS Office应用技能
o 低压电工证
