We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, attractive, and in good working order. Your practical skills and proactive approach will directly support the comfort of residents and the teams who care for them.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond promptly to work orders and urgent maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with departments, vendors, and leadership to minimize disruptions.
Work Schedule/Shift: Day shift hours, but must be flexible in the event of an emergency.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous facilities or building-maintenance experience preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repair systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, safety-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and respond calmly to urgent situations.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
